With great sadness, we have to announce the unexpected passing of James ā€œJPā€ Hester. He opened Hope Performance Systems a little over four years ago with a mission to change the way mental health practices were ran. He invested his heart and soul in growing a mental health practice that incorporated physical health and fitness as a way of life. His unconventional way of leading teams brought together a group of unique professionals that impacted the Bluffton and Hilton Head community in more ways than can be expressed by words. The world lost a great one far too soon - his impact and care for others will be long lasting though. May his spirit carry on in those who had the privilege of knowing him, learning from him and working with him. šŸ’™

HPS is kicking off another round of our Girls Get Fit Group (open to girls ages 11-18) at Elite Training Center (ETC) - by PULSEology.

Every Tuesday at 5:30 p.m., Counselor, Ashley Solberg, MS, LPC-A and Ms. Keyshla Texidor, host small group exercise and group counseling to provide a safe place to express emotional and physical energy.
