Bluffton Family Chiropractic Our office is located on May River Road near downtown Bluffton. We have 7 doctors in our practice. Dr. Jeff Aita has been in practice for over 30 years.

Dr. Jeff grew up in N.J. where he met his wife, Carol when they were both in middle school! They married and moved to Chicago so Dr. Jeff could go to chiropractic school. After graduation they moved to N.C. where they had a practice for over 20 years. They raised their 3 children in N.Wilkesboro, N.C. but later fell in love with Bluffton and Hilton Head. They moved to Bluffton in 2003 and open this office. Dr. Kate is Dr. Jeff and Carol's daughter. She told her parents she wanted to be a chiropractor when she was 3 years old. After graduating from Sherman Chiropractic in 2004 she moved to Bluffton to practice here with her father. Dr. Kate is married to "Coach Hop." Together they have 4 children. Dr. John is Dr. Jeff and Carol's youngest son. He went to Life University and after graduation married his high school sweetheart Anne. They have 2 boys. We are truly a family practice, we are a family and we take care of families! We have continued to grow our practice. We have added 4 more doctors to our practice, Dr. Courtney, Dr. Lori, Dr. Joe and Dr. Lina. Our mission is to help as many people as possible! We want to help each and every person live to their fullest potential.

Myth: You only need chiropractic care when something hurts.
Fact: Chiropractic care is about function - not just pain. It helps support how your body moves, adapts, and feels long term.

You don’t need a diagnosis to benefit from chiropractic care.
In fact, many people start when they feel fine 😊 — because it’s not just about relief. It’s about supporting the body before issues show up.

"Soy de Colombia 🇪🇨, América del Sur
Llevo aca en los estados unidos más de 20 años.
Lo que más me gusta de mi país es la comida; cuando tu vas a Colombia la comida es tan fresca que la siembran en la parte de atrás de las casa o los restaurantes, para cocinarla en el mismo restaurante.

Mi recuerdo favorito de mi país son las navidades. En Colombia celebramos en grande nuestras navidades, las decoraciones son muy reconocidas, y repartimos muchos regalos. La familia tiene mucho tiempo libre para pasarla entre ellos, y celebrar cada conmemoración de la Navidad

Las cosas que son más reconocidas en mi país son las flores - olvide mencionar café. Cuando vas a comprar flores en la tienda de Publix, puedes ver el sticker de donde vienen y todas dicen “traídas de Colombia”. En Colombia hay mucha variedad de vegetación.

La gente también cuando regresa de colombia, siempre mencionan la calidad de la gente, y amabilidad.

As Hispanic Heritage month comes to a close we also celebrate the strength of our own team, including two of our amazing doctors who are proudly Hispanic. Their dedication, compassion, and cultural insight help us serve our patients with heart and understanding.

They moved to Bluffton in 2003 and open this office. Dr. Kate is Dr. Jeff and Carol's daughter. She told her parents she wanted to be a chiropractor when she was 3 years old. After graduating from Sherman Chiropractic in 2004 she moved to Bluffton to practice here with her father. Dr. Kate is married to "Coach Hop." Coach Hop teaches at Bluffton High School and is the head football coach there. They have 4 children. Dr. John is Dr. Jeff and Carol's youngest son. He went to Life University and after graduation married his high school sweetheart Anne. Anne is a Technology Specialist with the school system. They have 2 boys. Carol is our Office Manager and has been for 30 years. We are truly a family practice, we are a family and we take care of families! We also have Dr. Courtney, Dr. Lori, Dr. Joe and Dr. Lina in out practice. Our mission is to help as many people as possible! We want to help each and every person live to their fullest potential.
