Join us for A.I.M. (Assist, Integrate, Modify), an immersive experience where you will learn: postural alignment, how to effectively assist others in their practice, how to confidently provide hands-on assistance, and more!

If you're someone who wants to deepen your movement practice, get more in touch with your own body, or simply be able to provide assists confidently, then this workshop is for you. Through partnerwork, we will spend time learning how to provide basic hands-on assists, how to integrate and align the body, and how to provide modifications for common yoga poses and movement patterns.

✨ A Beautiful Moment for Our Studio Community ✨

One of the things that makes our studio so special is the people who help hold the space.

I am so happy to share that Margarita Micolau. has stepped into the role of Studio Manager at Dancing Dogs Yoga.

Many of you already know how wonderful she is. She is deeply trusted, incredibly supportive, and truly loved by our community. Her presence in the studio brings warmth, kindness, and a genuine care for both our students and our teachers.

In her new role, she will be spending more time at the studio helping support day-to-day needs, assisting with sales and marketing, and continuing to help nurture the welcoming community we all love.

I am incredibly grateful to have her by my side in this role and I truly believe she is the perfect person to help our studio continue to grow.
