✨ Friday Focused Flow: Quads ✨

Our 30-minute Focused Flow starts at 8:15 AM and is designed to help yogis truly get to know their bodies by concentrating on one specific area each class.

This Friday, we’re turning our attention to the quads—those powerful front thigh muscles that support so much of our strength, stability, and movement.

In this session, we’ll explore ways to:
🌿 Strengthen – build power and endurance in your quads to support your practice on and off the mat.
🌿 Create Opening – release tightness and find more space in the front of the legs.
🌿 Engage with Awareness – learn how mindful activation of your quads can improve alignment, balance, and overall flow.

Whether you’re looking to build heat, increase flexibility, or simply deepen your connection to your body, this 30 minutes is for you. All levels welcome—come move, breathe, and focus with us!

Yin Yoga is a slow, grounding practice focused on flexibility, mobility, and deep relaxation. Poses are held on the floor for 2–5 minutes, allowing the body to gently open and release tension in the connective tissues and fascia.

This unheated class is a perfect complement to more active yoga styles or busy lifestyles. You’ll leave feeling calm, balanced, and refreshed. Class ends with a restful savasana. All levels are welcome—no experience needed.
