Located in the heart of beautiful Old Town Bluffton, South Carolina. We are a leader in Pediatric Dentistry and specialize in treatment for infants, children, teens and patients with special health care needs. Dr. Shane Harpham and Dr. Katie Bell are both Board-Certified Pediatric Dentists and Diplomates for the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. “Shane” has also been recognized by his peers and is the current President of the South Carolina Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. We are still collecting non-perishable items for our food drive benefiting Blessing Box Project-Bluffton. We know it isn't always easy to make it over to our office to drop off, so we have created an Amazon shopping list for all of our food pantry needs. Sea Smiles Pediatric Dentistry is a local pediatric dental office located in the heart of historic Bluffton, SC. Dr. Shane Harpham (Dr. Shane) is a Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist and Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. The practice began in August, 2014 and we recently built a new facility located adjacent to our former location that allows children to embrace the fun and excitement that can be associated with oral care! As a team, we strive to educate, encourage and create lasting relationships with our patients that can last beyond their visit to the dental office. We are also engaged in many community activities and will be participating in a dental missions trip in the near future to help children throughout the world receive the oral care that they need.
