Our Story!

Sea Smiles Pediatric Dentistry is a local pediatric dental office located in the heart of historic Bluffton, SC. Dr. Shane Harpham (Dr. Shane) is a Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist and Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. The practice began in August, 2014 and we recently built a new facility located adjacent to our former location that allows children to embrace the fun and excitement that can be associated with oral care! As a team, we strive to educate, encourage and create lasting relationships with our patients that can last beyond their visit to the dental office. We are also engaged in many community activities and will be participating in a dental missions trip in the near future to help children throughout the world receive the oral care that they need.
