Labor Day afternoon with our Arbor residents was a hit as they enjoyed eating fresh fruit kabobs on the patio while taking in the fresh air and sunshine! Such a beautiful afternoon to be out!! Thank you Sherrell for making this a special afternoon for our residents!!!

Arbor residents from Vineyard had a wonderful day out as we enjoyed their Lunch Outing at the local Mellow Mushroom for some delicious pizza, salads and of course cheese bread! What a great afternoon of conversation and laughs by all!!!

Vineyards Western Round up was a boot scootin’ great night with music by the Dale Nordby, plenty of delicious appetizers and all around fun during Family Night! (Along with dancing & singing) Thank you to our wonderful families and residents who definitely made this even a truly enjoyable evening!

What a great mystery ride afternoon we had with our Arbor residents!!! We played a little game of trivia during our bus ride, and our residents got a special treat …. Hot fudge sundae’s!!! It’s great to hear them laughing and enjoying themselves guring our “mystery” ride today!!! We viewed the beautiful May River… They all look forward to going out on another ride very soon!

It was a perfect afternoon for our Vineyard outings with our Assisted Living residents as we traveled to Old Town Bluffton to tour Church of the Cross. The fact that this church survived the Cival war era of the 1860’s was amazing! ( Many homes and other buildings were burnt down during the war). The interior is original as well as the stain glass windows. And interestingly there was a swarm of honey bees that attached themselves to the exterior wall of the church that to this day Holly Honey, was created!!! A tour worth taking to learn about the history of Bluffton for sure!!! Outside the view of the May river is truly one of Gods gifts!!! Beautiful view!! If you are lucky, you may see a Dolphin or two!!!

Hard to believe that we are coming to the end of August already! Summer is quickly flying but we will welcome fall along with cooler temperatures. Today was our August birthday celebration with birthday cake provided by Agape, and music to dance to by Alley and the Cats!!! Stay tuned for what’s coming around the corner at Vineyard as we welcome September and the events we have in store as we celebrate Assisted Living Week!!! And more!!
