🤔I’ve been thinking about the power of forgiveness.
Not for others...
But for ourselves.

Sometimes we hold onto mistakes, unintended hurts or outright necessary actions like anchors⚓⚓⚓⚓⚓ .

Stuff happens.
Life happens.
Events happen.
S**T HAPPENS!😲

Sometimes it feels like you are on an inevitable collision course with whatever occurred and, in hindsight, there was simply no way of avoiding it.

But what if we let these anchors⚓ go?

Ho'oponopono
-`♡´- I’m sorry.
-`♡´- Thank you.
-`♡´- I love you.
-`♡´- Please forgive me.

It's a little more involved than just those words.
It's actually the energy BEHIND those words that is so important when you say them. Here's what I mean:

💗 I’m sorry.
A statement that there is negative in life. Something inside you pulled this problem, challenge or situation towards you. This is a stage of awareness of the problem.

💗 Thank you.
Appeal to God or the universe. Saying this phrase, you are appreciative for what your life has created in the moment to bring about awareness.

💗 I love you.
Saying this phrase you express sincere love from the heart. No matter what. Repeating this phrase many times clears a person from negative energy.

💗 Please forgive me.
You apologize to the universe for your negative and inappropriate thoughts and actions.

What’s one thing you’re ready to forgive yourself for?
