This patient had a chronic wound after a surgery. The first picture is the patient 18 months after his surgery to excise a cancerous mass. The second picture is the same patient, 2 weeks after receiving a single treatment of . ▫️I always promote unilateral movements like the lunge and split squat. But often see my athletes and patients looking down at the ground during movements.

▪️Keep your shoulders back and head neutral during upper and lower body exercises and throughout your day. Not only will it promote less neck and shoulder pain but it’s been shown to increase serotonin!

▫️So remember, how you do anything is how you do everything. Train the postures you want to promote. Always choose quality over quantity.
