Quick and easy afternoon prep
We already had rice prepped from another meal ,so I measured rice into the container then added a pre-cooked (Tyson's natural) chicken breast ,1 cup of frozen broccoli then I warmed it in the microwave for about 5 minutes.
Once warmed I added 1/4 avocado , 1tbsp teriyaki sauce and a sprinkle of pepper and salt. Repeated the process 3 times so it took about 15 minutes - that's drive thru time during your lunch hour peopleπŸ’ͺπŸ½πŸ˜‰.

*for a sweet treat: 3/4 cups plain fat free Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup black berries, and 1/4 of a peeked mango, 1 packet of stevia- YUM!
