❗Patient Announcement Regarding Issues with Tricare❗
The Tricare West Region contract transitioned to TriWest Healthcare Alliance effective January 1, 2025. Currently, Mosaic facilities are credentialed through Tricare, but Mosaic physicians have not yet received credentialing. This means if you are a patient with Tricare, you could be considered out-of-network until Tricare fixes their issue and updates their system. This concern began when Tricare changed their administrative contractor to TriWest. Mosaic joins numerous facilities and providers throughout our area frustrated with the slow process of approving providers so patients can receive necessary care.
Please know, Mosaic leadership is actively working with Tricare/TriWest to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
Patients can call TriWest Customer Service at 888-TRIWEST (874-9378) to share your concerns about the approval process.

Starting January 1, 2025, TriWest Healthcare Alliance (TriWest) is the new regional contractor in the TRICARE West Region. Enrollment changes made during TRICARE Open Season will go into effect on January 1, 2025.
