Here are a few tips for those who suffer with seasonal allergies:

1. Check the pollen count - stay inside when levels are at their highest.
2. Avoid touching your eyes.
3. Change your clothes after being outside.
4. Take prescribed allergy or asthma medication. Do this before the pollen levels reach their highest in the morning.

Protect your eyes during the Solar Eclipse today! You need to view the eclipse through special safe solar glasses (not just regular sunglasses).

It is not safe to look directly at the Sun without specialized eye protection for solar viewing.

Viewing any part of the bright Sun through a camera lens, binoculars, or a telescope without a special-purpose solar filter secured over the front of the optics will instantly cause severe eye injury.

So make sure you're wearing your eclipse glasses or a pinhole projector to watch the Solar Eclipse today.
