Cornerstone's Hearts in Motion kicked off our partnership with Community Servings this morning!! Our resident volunteers prepared bags to be used for the delivery of medically tailored meals to community members living with critical and chronic illnesses. We are so grateful for this partnership and opportunity to give back to our local friends and neighbors in need! Looking forward to our next visit in 2 weeks!
