✨ We’re so proud to recognize Melany Goncalves as our Caregiver of the Month for January! ✨

Melany has truly shown what it means to be there for someone during life’s hardest moments. She supported a client through multiple transitions — from home, to the hospital, to rehab, to a temporary home, and now into Assisted Living. Through every change, she stayed steady, supportive, and reassuring.

What makes this even more special is the relationship she has built. This client had previously asked every caregiver to leave. He was often frustrated and withdrawn. But Melany met him exactly where he was. She listened. She adjusted. She built trust. In just a few weeks, there was a huge difference. He became happier, more engaged, and more open. His overall wellbeing improved — all because Melany took the time to truly connect with him. That’s what Connection looks like in action. 💙 (And it’s our newest Core Value for 2026!)

We had the best time today at Brightview Senior Living to round out Valentines Week❤️

Tara and Justin spent the morning making strawberry smoothies with residents — our special Valentine’s Day drink, “Love Potion #9.” 🍓

There were lots of laughs, plenty of taste-testing, and a whole lot of smiles. It felt good to slow down, spend time together, and spread a little extra love this week.
