Congratulations to our June Caregiver of the Month, Joan! Joan joined Touching Hearts nearly two years ago, and has had many clients grow incredibly fond of her. She is a seasoned caregiver who loves to go the extra mile for her clients. Joan is punctual, reliable, dependable, and most recently jumped in to cover several vacation days for her co-workers! This week was National CNA Week. To recognize the commitment of our care team, we hosted breakfast and lunch at our office and gave away some other goodies! For those who couldn't make it in, we made a few special deliveries.

Today, we are at the Norwood Senior Center/Council on Aging supporting our colleagues from Retirement Education Resource Center of North America, Inc and Trivia & Tunes to learn about the Extended Care Roadmap: Your Guide to Preparing for the Future. We co-sponsored this event with Sunrise Senior Living. They provided the lunch and we brought the dessert goodies.

We hope everyone enjoyed the music and learned a thing or two. We know we did!

Justin and Kerry attended a GREAT Tequila Tasting and Food Pairing event last night at Brightview Senior Living. Executive Chef Jason Wallin outdid himself yet again. It was great learning about the different drinks, tequilas and the dishes they were served with. Thank you so much for having us!
