From maintaining our systems and ensuring secure access to critical platforms, to troubleshooting issues and supporting staff across all departments, Doug helps keep everything connected and running efficiently.

His dedication allows our clinical teams to focus on what matters most: providing exceptional care to the individuals we serve. Whether he’s implementing new systems, responding to technical needs, or helping guide our technology infrastructure as we continue to grow, Doug’s work makes a meaningful impact every day.

We are excited to highlight one of our incredible leaders who has helped shape our organization over the years, Sarah O’Brien Fitzpatrick, our Vice President of Business Development. Sarah has been a dedicated member of our team for eight years. Her journey with the organization is a true example of growth, commitment, and leadership.

Sarah’s journey began in our Admissions department. It was there that she first showed her deep compassion for patients, helping individuals and families navigate their very first steps toward healing. Through hard work, dedication, and a deep understanding of our mission, she continued to grow within the organization, ultimately rising to her current role as VP of Business Development. In her leadership role today, Sarah remains a vital bridge for our community. She ensures that anyone seeking help can easily connect with the care and resources they need.
