Self-Love Slow Flow for Valentine’s Day (Warm) All Levels
Has anyone told you recently how awesome you are? Yes or no, it doesn’t matter. This is a chance to start telling that to yourself, and practicing more self love.
This Valentine’s Day, join us for a warm, slow flow yoga class centered on self-love. The room will be gently heated to support ease of movement and relaxation without feeling intense or overwhelming.
The class moves at an unhurried pace, creating space to breathe, feel, and listen inward. Expect a thoughtfully sequenced flow that begins with a gentle meditation, gradually builds warmth through hip openers and backbends, and closes with a restorative pose and a long savasana.
The practice will be set to soft, soothing music and may include optional hands-on assistance for those who choose to receive it.
Leave behind the urge to fix or improve yourself. Use this time to love on yourself for exactly who you are right now. After all, in the immortal words or RuPaul; “If you can’t love yourself, how in the hell are you gonna love somebody else?”
