🎉 “4 Life” is a public, community event hosted by High Desert Counseling at our St George location (561 E Tabernacle) with Narcan kits, quick overdose-response training, food, yoga, music, and free “Let’s Keep Breathing” tshirts! It’s named for our 4-year anniversary, but more than that, it’s about showing up 4 life, 4 recovery, and 4 each other. 💛 Hope to see you there!
