What if your best month starts with a letter to your 80-year-old self? I wrote mine today—and it shifted me from louder hustle to quiet, daily promises. I’m saying a grateful goodbye to old shade-tree habits and crafting something better from what remains.
Here’s my gentle, three-step starter plan:
- 10-minute morning mobility (ankles, hips, shoulders) before inbox or socials
- Protein-first plates for steady focus and simpler weight management
- Bedtime phone-off ritual: phone sleeps 30 minutes before me, on the kitchen counter
I dropped these into a new app to track healthy habits, water, work outs, and nutrition that you can get too. I’m opening a small support group —pep talks + one weekly check-in—so we don’t do this alone.
