Iam Playing With Myself Again...
Thanks to the teachings and my works with TrinityWholistic I’ve come to find that self care is wholistic and what is whole doesn’t run from self.

What is whole seeks to comprehend all aspects of thy cellF.

Now Ive reconnected with the love of hair artistry, realizing that it’s a part of my nature.

The same energy which allows mango tree’s to mango 😊. A way to not only self express and expand, but also to self soothe.

I’m internally greatful and love it deeply for me.

Many People Don't Know This... but, Food Is Information _ you might find yourself consuming more foods when your mind is closed off.

In the attempts to make up or block the mental foods that you ought to be ingesting.

Over consumption is a symptom of one not open to learning, relearning and re-examine what they think they know...

Especially the information you're holding onto dearly that's been proven to be kaka.
The useless information accumulates in your body as waste / weight (baggage).

The more open you become to learning, even that which you think you knew, there starts a freeing up of space internally, making room for transformations to flow naturally through you,
to you.

It's Not Wise Nor Is It Beneficial to Complain About the body you earned.

As a matter of wholistic tROOTh, you must appreciate what you got 'as is,' in efforts to create something greater.

You must appreciate your bodies ability to expand, your tummies ability to bulge up indicating when it needs relief.

You must appreciate the fat that appears when you've over consumed, indicating when you are in need of a detox.

You must appreciate all the cues your body gives you 😉 when it has had enough and is ready for a reset.

Then, you must appreciate your ability to listen, to hear, access, plus adhere to both the information and the transformation necessary for your wholistic living.

You must take care of home (body),
the ONLY place in which you MUST live.

Home (your body) ought to be comfortable.
Home (your body) ought to be your safe place.

Basically to affirm is to confirm what already know to be true. One cannot verbally affirm. Verbal affirmations seals what you ARE, not what you say.

Affirmation comes from assurance. You MUST FEEL what you affirm_ It is, what you are able to confirm.

Your Healing Journey Starts With This One Truth!

SelfCare is the realization that what I allow in matters the most.

It’s in the pudding…
or better yet — it’s in the put in.

When we speak of healing, we often think of what we need to remove:
the stress, the hurt, the old patterns, the noise, the draining people, the foods that steal our energy, the thoughts that dim our light.

However true healing begins with a deeper awareness:
It’s not only what you let go— it’s also what you permit into your life, your mind, your spirit, and your body.

✨ What energies are you allowing in?
✨ What thoughts are you giving permission to shape your inner world?
✨ What foods, habits, or beliefs are you feeding your cells with?
✨ What environments are you settling into that don’t match the frequency of your soul?

Your wellbeing is built by the ingredients you put into your life momentarily.

Your peace is shaped by what you choose to welcome.

Your elevation is matched by what you nourish yourself with — soulfully, spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically.

So today, take a conscious breath…
and ask yourself:
What am I putting into my life that is feeding my growth?
And what am I allowing in that is silently subtracting from me?

SelfCare is sacred.
SelfCare is intentional.
SelfCare is the moment you realize you are the gatekeeper of your wholistic wellbeing.

And the more intentional you are with your put in,
the more powerful your healing becomes.
