Honest Health Coaching

I am a Holistic Health Coach and my goal is to help you reach your health goals in a supportive, compassionate and honest environment by providing accountability and teamwork. I bring as much of my own personal health struggles, challenges and successes to our sessions as I feel necessary to help you with yours. I specialize in emotional eating and food addictions, however I encourage you to submit a wellness form (found on my website) and we can get together and see if we would be a compatible team. I offer workshops designed to bring information to a group of individuals that are interested in learning more about the services I provide. I offer Group Health Coaching programs which help provide a wonderful support network that you can access for years to come as bonds of friendship are formed as we all work towards similar health goals. I am a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition Professional Training Program and a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition Immersion Program. I am furthering my education through the Body Mind Institute and will be graduating from my current program in May 2013. I continue to study and attend conferences to stay current on health issues we are faced with in today's society.
