Well done for taking the first step in to getting the support you need by accessing my website. I understand this can feel daunting and there is a lot of information for you to consider, so I have tried to make this site as helpful as possible. Feel free to browse through. My therapy room is in a private, professional and confidential setting. I work with an experienced and wise psychiatrist who provides medication management services, if desired and appropriate. I have over 30 years experience in counseling, working with adults, couples, young children, adolescent and elderly.
I have knowledge and expertise in the areas of depression, anxiety, trauma, attachment difficulties, anger management, life transition, self esteem, women’s issues, abuse/neglect, medication management, death and dying, grief/loss issues to name a few.
I have an extensive background in counseling, education and training. I have worked with many populations, including toddlers, adolescents, adults, and elders. I am non-judgmental, empathetic and work to give you insight and clarity to create a positive change. Looking forward to working together with you in figuring out your life’s struggles and concerns
