Packed with veggies and nutrient diversity, this salad is light, crunchy, and full of antioxidant goodness, supporting gut health and reducing inflammation — both critical when stress feels high and also great for immunity-boosting.

𝗗𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
▪️3/4 Cup Mayonnaise
▪️1/4 Cup Olive or Avocado oil
▪️3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
▪️2 tsp honey
▪️1 tsp Garlic Powder
▪️Sea salt and cracked pepper

𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
▪️4-5 Cups Broccoli florets, chopped
▪️3-4 Cup Cauliflower florets, chopped
▪️1 Medium Apple, diced
▪️1/2 Small Red Onion, minced
▪️2 Celery Ribs, diced sliced
▪️2-3 Green Onions, thinly sliced
▪️1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries
▪️1/2 Cup Feta Cheese
▪️1/2 Cup Roasted Almonds, roughly chopped

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
Combine the dressing ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until well combined. Set aside for flavors to mingle.

In a large bowl, toss together all of the salad ingredients. Add the dressing and toss until well combined. Let salad sit in the fridge for 30 minutes to allow veggies to marinate in the dressing.
