McKinney friends, happy Thanksgiving week! 🍂
Gratitude is at the heart of mindfulness practice. This week, I'm challenging myself (and inviting you) to practice one mindful moment of gratitude each day.
Not the rushed "thanks" while multitasking—but a real, present moment of appreciation.
Here's how:
1. Choose one person you're grateful for
2. Pause everything for 60 seconds
3. Take three deep breaths
4. Feel (don't just think) the appreciation
5. If possible, tell them with your full presence
Try it with your partner, your kids, a friend, even yourself.
