Things nobody tells you about eating out while on GLP-1s:
1. You'll order an entrée, take 4 bites, and be completely full. Your dinner date will think you hate the food.
2. Appetizers become your main course. And somehow you still take half of it home.
3. You'll spend more time explaining to the server that yes, the food is great, you're just not that hungry.
4. The bread basket? Untouched. This is both a win and slightly sad.
5. Margaritas hit different when you've barely eaten. Learn this lesson once.
6. Your friends will ask if you're okay approximately 47 times because you're not finishing your meal.
7. Splitting dishes becomes your new strategy. Your wallet thanks you.
Here's the real tip: Order protein-forward dishes you actually enjoy in small portions. Grilled chicken, salmon, steak. Skip the pasta and bread that'll fill you up on 3 bites without giving your body what it needs.
