Today’s Devotional:

To Be Healthy, Focus on Today

Matthew 6:11 says, “Give us today our daily bread” (NIV).

Notice the Bible doesn’t say, “Give us today our weekly bread” or “Give us today our yearly bread.”

God wants you to trust him one day at a time. You don’t need to be concerned about tomorrow until tomorrow. You don’t need to be concerned about next week until next week.

This means you don’t have to stress about all the future steps necessary to make you strong. You just need to focus on what you need to do for today. You can focus on succeeding at getting healthy one day at a time.

Jesus said, “So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today” (Matthew 6:34 NLT).

Ladies, it’s time to level up! This month, in addition to our healthy eating habits, we’re focusing on consistent movement and discipline with a daily cardio challenge + a rotating weekly focus to build strength and endurance!

Challenge Details:

🗓 Start Date: February 1
🏆 Prize: The person with the most logged points at the end of the month wins one FREE month in The Circle!

Daily Requirement (Every Day in February)

✅ 20 minutes of cardio (Hill Walk, Bike, Stairmaster, etc.)

💡 Pro Tip: Try to wake up early and knock out your cardio in a fasted state for fat-burning benefits! If you’re lifting weights, do your cardio before strength training to prioritize muscle energy.

Weekly Focus (Additional Daily Challenge for Extra Points)

🔥 Week 1 (Feb 1-7): 50 Sit-ups per day
🔥 Week 2 (Feb 8-14): 50 Push-ups per day
🔥 Week 3 (Feb 15-21): 50 Jumping Jacks per day
🔥 Week 4 (Feb 22-28): 50 Squats per day

⭐ Want to go ALL IN? You can do all four exercises daily if you’d like, but you’ll only earn points for the one that is the focus of the week. You can also break them up into sets throughout the day!
