Day three of my 8 day jumpstart of eating low carbs, protein, 2 snacks a day! I am getting back on track for health. I Stepped on the scale and I have lost 3.6 pounds in 3 days. Now I won’t weigh again until next Tuesday when this segment of the jumpstart is over. I consider this a win. What do you think?

I’ve started a health program that I am really excited about. As you know I’ve been in the health industry over 20 years.
