Experience Sonic Sound Healing as you receive and create healing vibrations throughout your body.

I work with quantum energy healing using instruments to bring messages through sound. I focus on on cultures around the world such as Reiki, Vedic, Tibetan monks and Native American shamans - that have used chants and mantras and instruments such as singing bowls to restore the vibratory frequencies of the body and mind. The healing process involves the act of affecting our energy and our energy field, as well as a shift in our belief systems. It is not a one class fix all, it is a process but for beings that are willing to putting in the work and allow healing to take place.

Just returned from the most incredible few days among the Ancient redwoods with a circle of amazing women 💚

There’s something so profound about being held by the tallest trees in the world while the Lionsgate portal opened under the Full moon.

The forest felt alive with ancient wisdom, and I could feel the trees sharing their energy.

When women come together in sacred space like this, the magic is undeniable. The power that emerges when we support, witness, and celebrate each other is beyond words. We laughed, we cried, we shared stories under the canopy of these thousand-year-old guardians.

The Coastal Redwoods reminds me that we too are meant to stand tall, deeply rooted, and connected to something greater than ourselves.

Just like these magnificent trees that grow stronger together, we rise higher when we lift each other up.

My heart is filled and loved. The forest is calling me back already. ✨
