I am overjoyed to share my first major public Piano Sound healing concert- it was truly a transformative experience. With my beloved piano and collection of Sacred Himalayan bowls from Nepal, I was able to create a soulful song that resonated with the collective. ✨ I am deeply grateful for the temple of Radha Krishna for hosting this event, which brought together a full house of individuals seeking healing and solace. Thank you everyone who attended the event- your presence filled the space with love and peace.

If you have ever co-created something, you have given birth!

Before you spend the day with your family, thank yourself for showing up for your children, even when times are tough. We tend to put everyone else first before ourselves. However, on this day, it is a day to give yourself gratitude for the body are you in. How beautiful and fertile it is, to give birth to a child (ren).

I give you permission to give gratitude to yourself and how far you've come in this journey of motherhood. You are the nucleus of the family, the motherboard, the queen bee, and so special and important.

So I honor you women, for giving yourself permission to give yourself gratitude on this special day.
