If I wasn’t worried about hurting your feelings, here are 5 things I’d lovingly tell you about chiropractic care:

4. Your body is talking to you.
Headaches, tension, fatigue...these are messages. The longer you ignore them, the louder they get.
5. You don’t need to be in crisis to see a chiropractor.
