We are looking for one passionate SLP or SLP Assistant to join our therapy team. This position will provide services at a day rehabilitation facility in Aubrey, Texas. this full-time role, focuses on providing speech therapy services for young adults and adults with developmental and congenital disabilities in a day rehabilitation setting. We’re seeking someone with a strong passion for speech therapy, excellent collaboration skills, and the ability to incorporate AAC devices throughout therapy sessions.

At Building Bridges, you’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative team that feels like family, while making a meaningful difference in the lives of underserved populations in our community. 🌈 Rainbow Skills in Action! 🌈
Today’s OT session was full of color and purpose as we worked on:
👐 Bilateral coordination
👁️‍🗨️ Hand-eye coordination
✋ Fine motor pinch skills
👀 Visual tracking
🧠 Following directions (matching materials to colors!)
🔁 Sequencing (what color comes next in the rainbow?)

Using tissue paper for red ❤️, paper for yellow 💛, crayons for orange 🧡, and more — we practiced “pinch a piece, place a piece” to build foundational motor and cognitive skills through fun and creativity!
