Today we’re celebrating a HUGE milestone for my amazing client, Roman, who has officially met his receptive and expressive language goals! 🙌💬

Our caseloads are growing which means we need our therapist family to grow, we are seeking **ONE** exceptional Speech Language Pathologist and/or SLPA to join our team at Building Bridges Through Communication!
You will be a great fit if you have a strong passion for speech therapy, excellent collaboration skills, experience in clinical documentation, and the ability to implement AAC devices throughout therapy sessions. Building Bridges specializes in providing transitional care for young adults and adults with developmental and congenital disabilities. This role will involve serving the IDD population.
We have ONE full-time job opportunity in our Frisco Clinic . This position offers valuable experience and the chance to be part of a collaborative team that feels like family.

Today’s OT session was full of color and purpose as we worked on:
👐 Bilateral coordination
👁️‍🗨️ Hand-eye coordination
✋ Fine motor pinch skills
👀 Visual tracking
🧠 Following directions (matching materials to colors!)
🔁 Sequencing (what color comes next in the rainbow?)

Using tissue paper for red ❤️, paper for yellow 💛, crayons for orange 🧡, and more — we practiced “pinch a piece, place a piece” to build foundational motor and cognitive skills through fun and creativity!

Superstar Alert!!! We are SO very proud of our own, Trinity Ewing, COTA for graduating with her Bachelor’s in Health Sciences as part of the Pre-OT program from the University of Cincinnati!! Trinity is an incredible therapists who pours EVERYTHING into her patients! So much so that her growth mindset is propelling her onto a continuing education track!
