Parents, please be aware — ByHeart has voluntarily recalled two batches of its Whole Nutrition Infant Formula out of an abundance of caution after an FDA investigation into a possible link to infant botulism.

• Batch Code: 251131P2 — Use by Dec 1, 2026
• UPC: 5004496800
👉 You can find the batch code on the bottom of the can.

❤️ What to do:
• If you have one of these cans, stop using it right away and throw it out.
• ByHeart will replace affected cans for free.
• If your baby shows any signs like poor feeding, weak cry, droopy eyelids, or breathing trouble, please contact us.
