Friday nights at Legacy Yoga Frisco are a fun way to end your week. An hour of therapeutic yoga followed by a social hour in our lounge.
Our member’s ages range from mid-twenties to mid-seventies. After class we enjoy the friendships along with drinks and appetizers. No need to bring anything. Come join us at 4:30 on Friday’s 🧘🏼‍♀️and plan to stay afterwards 🥂
