Our team loved Kelsey J. Clark more than we can express. Her big smile and personality commanded every room she entered. Her passing leaves a gaping hole in the hearts of our team, her clients, their families, and all those she has touched over her years.

For those who have not seen the information elsewhere on social media - a visitation will be held tomorrow (Thursday) June 19th, 2025 from 4-6pm at Turrentine Morrow in Allen/McKinney.

The PIANO is a stringed keyboard instrument where the strings are struck by wooden hammers. It was invented in Italy around the year 1700!

The word “Piano” is a shortened form of “Pianoforte,” which is the early 1700’s Italian term for the instrument. Most modern pianos have 88 keys total, 52 white keys and 36 black keys.

Here are some goals the piano can address in a music therapy session:
-Fine Motor Skills (using different fingers)
-Color Matching (using color codes to play familiar songs)
-Sequencing (playing the notes in a specific order)
-Direction Following (play loud/soft, fast/slow, etc)
-And so much more!
