3 years ago I knew I needed a shift
After Cancer, I grieved 😢 my losses for years after.
I knew I had so much more to give but felt stuck.

My darkest 😣moment during cancer was learning that although the chemo and radiation did its job, I would require a surgery that would completely alter my body.

As a personal 🏃‍♀️trainer & nutrition 🥗 coach my physique 💪🏻 was my billboard.
I felt pretty lost especially not being able to workout 🏋🏼‍♀️ without chronic pain.
I remember asking my colorectal surgeon “do you think I could avoid the surgery?” 🙏
He asked me what grade the boys were in 😳
I said “2nd and 4th grade”
He looked at me and said…
“do you want to see them graduate 👨‍🎓 👨‍🎓?”

I got the surgery
I grieved
I accepted
I grieved
I accepted

Here I am 10 years later…in a few weeks I will no longer have any more high school 🏫 🎓 graduations…

I’m grateful and ready for a new beginning 🦋

I have been certified 📜 as a health practitioner and detox specialist through the P***a Program and finished an incredible master class in speaking 🎤 and leadership with Bo Eason.

It’s been full of twists and turns but I’m ready to go!

🦋Celebrating 10 Years Cancer Thriving 🦋

January 22nd 2015 marked the beginning of my remarkable journey of resilience and hope.

As I navigated the challenges of grief and healing, I tapped into my inner strength and determination. I confronted adversity head-on, and transformed my life, unlocking a brighter, more fulfilling future.

Though memories of my former self remain, today I honor my courage and the uplifting experiences that helped me Restart and flourish.

As the leaves turn and fall, so do our old habits, making way for new beginnings. November is a reminder that change is a beautiful part of life. “Your perspective will either become your prison or your passport”

I honestly cannot believe the insanity on social media but then again it shows the power of the media and the addiction to post whatever feeling comes to mind at the moment…

Losing sucks

Winning is incredible

 Staying curious and interested in another’s perspective is where the real power lies because it brings the most compassion and unity

Demonizing other’s or being smug divides even more….

And honestly, social media is the worst platform to have true dialogue.

All I know is I hope we can start to have real authentic conversations, argue respectfully, and step into each other‘s shoes to gain perspective and wisdom

Today, I’m not just celebrating my birthday, but also the incredible journey of overcoming cancer. 🙌🏼🌈

I’m grateful 🙏🏼 for every moment, every lesson, and every person who has stood by me. Here’s to new beginnings, cherished memories, and a future filled with hope 💛and joy🤩!

Do you know about the mTOR Pathway?

What’s important is that you stimulate the mTOR pathway for a short period of time.
This pathway is a building and cell replicating pathway that we need in small doses only.
Small doses means 1-2 days a week or 5 days a month to replenish, repair and renew.
The point is to allow the body to drive healing from the anabolic cell-replication effect.
This is why fasting & feasting is beneficial for healing!
