Tracy has been a fitness & nutrition professional since 2002. It is her mission to empower individuals to become healthy from the inside out!
She is a nationally certified personal trainer (links below) with expertise in all genres of fitness. She holds certifications in corrective exercise, Pilates, performance enhancement, pre/post natal, geriatrics and studieKinesiology/Biomechanics as a minor in college.
Fitness has always been a part of her life. She was a high school & college athlete, an avid runner & have had more gym memberships then she can count!
Her career led her to work in several arenas of fitness including the general population, rehab, student athletes, sports performance, pre and post natal & senior-aged individuals. She also led workout groups such as boot camps, small group training, sports camps for soccer athletes, Biggest Loser challenges and Orangetheory classes.

From Core to Cut Tracy’s specialty programming involves retraining the brain, body & bad habits into true transformational health from the Inside Out! When we think of becoming fit we often envision big, bulky muscles, or a lean cut physique like on the cover of Muscle & Fitness magazine. While the end goal is for you to have a body that you are comfortable on the beach with, we begin with the inner core & stabilizing muscles and essentially work from the inside out. This approach is called "pre-hab" and the intent is to avoid unnecessary injury by creating the body to function, move and adapt to any environment or challenge it encounters. Her plan is to educate clients to develop awareness of their own body, to help address imbalances she sees in the body, create exercise progressions that strengthen & support an individuals body & provide motivational coaching & programming that takes you to your next level of fitness & health!

Tracy is a nationally certified Nutrition Coach & Dietary Guidance Counselor. She embraces a healthy whole food based lifestyle to create optimal health & wellness for herself & family. After she and her husband battled chronic illnesses in 2015 she decided to use to nutrition to heal their bodies & assist in brain recovery. She applies nutritional principles & strategies to improve cellular health & to teach the body to heal & thrive!
