Parabens, we've all heard they are bad for us, but could we really tell you why.
Parabens are common in
Personal care products, cosmetics, shampoos, conditioners, toothpaste, moisturizers, sunscreens.
some medications, foods like beer, sauces, jams, frozen dairy products, and processed vegetables.
They can also be found in some paper products and fabrics to prevent microbial growth.
So, a little exposure might not affect us much but when we're exposed from so many products the accumulated exposure could be extremely hazardous.
