Spending hours at your desk or on your phone can put a lot of strain on your neck.

This type of pain is often caused by forward head posture, muscle tension, and not moving enough throughout the day. Over time, it can lead to stiffness, headaches, and ongoing discomfort.

Physical therapy can help correct posture, strengthen the right muscles, and relieve tension so you can feel better throughout your day.

If screen time is causing neck pain, it is time to take action. Schedule your appointment today.

Team bonding, baseball, and 100 tacos ⚾

Our Oklahoma team recently got together for an all staff outing at the OKC Comets game. It turned into an unforgettable night as special guest Joey Chestnut made an appearance and somehow managed to eat 100 tacos in under 10 minutes! 🌮

Several members of our team even had the chance to meet the legend himself. Great people, great energy, and a great reminder of what makes our team so special!
