You’re not imagining it — pain really can feel worse in colder weather.

When temperatures drop:
• Muscles tighten
• Joints feel stiffer
• Old injuries flare up

But here’s the important part:
Cold weather doesn’t cause the pain… it reveals underlying issues.

Physical therapy helps:
✔ Improve joint mobility
✔ Increase circulation
✔ Reduce stiffness
✔ Strengthen the areas that keep flaring up

Winter shouldn’t mean “just deal with it” season.
Let physical therapy help you move easier and feel better all season long.

As a PT, your expertise is in the clinic—not necessarily in credentialing, billing, or insurance verification. When practice owners try to do it all, it’s usually their roles as a husband, wife, or parent that pay the price.

The PRN Clinical Partnership model is built on a simple premise: You handle the clinical excellence, and our specialized departments take on the heavy lifting.

Watch how this partner uses PRN’s support to be a better clinician and a better dad.

Groin pain or a pulled muscle on the inside of your thigh? It might be an abductor strain — one of the most common injuries we see in soccer players and active adults.

The good news: a lot of these strains are preventable. In this video, we’re showing simple stretches you can add into your routine to improve flexibility, reduce tightness, and help protect those inner thigh muscles before they become a problem.

Whether you’re training hard, getting back into the gym, or just staying active, taking a few minutes to care for your hips and groin can make a huge difference in how you move and feel.

If you’re already dealing with groin pain or tightness, don’t push through it. Come see us — our physical therapy team can assess the issue and create a plan to get you back to what you love safely. Schedule your visit today!

And that’s a wrap on another incredible 🙌

The tradition continues…

Question: After … who do you want to work for?

Answer: If it’s not Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN), you probably didn’t make it to our booth 😉

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, connected, shared ideas, and brought the energy. Amazing conversations, meaningful connections, and always great catching up with colleagues and friends across the profession.

We keep building.
We keep growing.
Onwards and upwards 💪

Pain has a sneaky way of taking over the moments that matter most.

Walking downtown. Going to dinner. Traveling. Just enjoying time together.

If you’re constantly thinking about your back, knee, neck, or hip… you’re not really present — you’re just managing discomfort.

You deserve to move comfortably through life, not plan around pain.

Physical therapy can help you:
Walk longer
Stand comfortably
Enjoy life without constantly adjusting your body

Because the best nights out shouldn’t end early because something hurts.

If you haven’t stopped by yet, come find us tomorrow!

Some PTs may think they have only two choices: 1) stay a staff clinician forever or 2) take on the massive risk (and lots of weekend work) of starting a private practice alone.

But there’s a third option.

In this clip, one of our clinical partners discusses the reality of the PRN pathway. You don’t need a massive bank account to start—you just need the drive to show up and lead. The biggest difference between him and his friends who went solo?

He gets to take off his ownership hat at home.

With our clinical partnership program, PRN provides the infrastructure so you can be a successful owner without sacrificing your Saturday mornings.

Our Story

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) was founded in 1991 to assist physical therapists in developing and operating their own practice without carrying the burden of business administration and back office functions. In this capacity our partners can focus on what they do best - providing excellence in patient care!
