As of July 31, 2023 A. Saeed Ata, M.D. has made the difficult decision to close his practice.

"It has been an honor and privilege to have been your healthcare provider, some of you for many years. I am grateful for the opportunity to have served your medical needs. Please note this closure is not in connection with a sale to another physician so you will need to obtain a new physician. We will do whatever we can to assist in facilitating your transition to ongoing quality care.

Your health records from this practice will be transferred to Morgan Records Management, LLC (Records Custodian). The records custodian will maintain your records in accordance with confidentiality, security standards, and other applicable laws. I am in the process of transitioning all records to Morgan Records, LLC.

If you wish to have a copy of your records sent to you, another health provider, or another facility please contact our office at (214) 618-0808 and leave a message requesting your records. Please allow five business days to receive your records. As the records are fully transferred to Morgan Records Management, LLC we will update this page and our website with information to contact them directly. Neuropathy or peripheral neuropathy is a result of damage to the nerves located outside of the brain and spinal cord (peripheral nerves). Symptoms include weakness, numbness and pain from nerve damage that most commonly occurs in the hands and feet. A common cause of neuropathy is diabetes but it also can occur from infection, injury, and exposure to toxins.
