How can you prevent or slow the growth of cataracts?
The Mayo Clinic suggests these preventative steps*:

1. Routine eye exams.
2. Wear sunglasses with UV protection.
3. Manage other health related problems such as diabetes.
4. Don’t smoke.
5. Reduce alcohol intake.
6. Choose a healthier diet that consists of fruits and vegetables.
