Thank you everyone for your continued support as we navigate through another wave of the Covid 19 pandemic.
For your convenience, here are some points to remember when you come in for testing:
- Most collection sites are operating at full capacity, so always make an appointment online.
- Making an appointment does not guarantee you get tested at the time slot selected, but it only ensures that you will get tested.
- The wait time is increased not because the staff is working slow, but because sick staff members cannot come to work and extra precautions have to be taken by the staff to ensure that everyone stays safe and healthy.
- We guaranteed same day results before but our current turnaround time is 24 to 48 hours. Please plan accordingly especially for travel purposes.
- Before joining a line for testing, expect a long wait and carry snacks for kids in the car.
- Please do not send messages on social media asking for results since we will not be responding to any messages with personal information.
- Our voicemails fill up in minutes so instead of calling, please help relieve our load by emailing us at contact@woodhillslabs.com for results and you will have a reply within 24 hours.
- All tests are processed in the window of 24 to 48 hours, if you have not received a text with your result, or cannot access it through the portal, please email us and we will respond back.

We are operating the lab 24 hours to get results delivered to you as soon as possible.
