Due to an increase in viral illnesses such as Flu, RSV, Covid and Strep, we ask that you please refrain from entering the office if you or someone with you have symptoms or have been diagnosed with a virus. Keeping our physicians and staff healthy allows us to continue providing safe, high-quality care for all patients.

The end of the year is upon us! Due to our busy holiday schedules and an increase in patient volume, wait times in the office may be longer than usual. We are working hard to see each patient as efficiently as possible while still providing the high-quality care you deserve. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy season.

Northlake offices will be closing at noon today, November 26th, in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. We will resume normal business hours on Monday, December 1st.

If you need to reach a physician for an URGENT issue, please call our main office number.

For non-urgent calls (scheduling, Rx requests, messages, etc.) we encourage patients to use their patient portal or call once the office reopens.

Good morning! Our internet provider is experiencing a major outage and it is affecting our internet and phones. The estimated time for correction is 11:00am today.

* For non-urgent messages, Rx requests and schedule requests, please use the patient portal or try back again this afternoon.

* For URGENT calls ONLY, please call our office number and the answering service will contact us. They will not field any calls that are non-urgent.

There are a lot of road construction and closures in the area. Please allow extra time when traveling to your appointment. 🦺⚠️

Dallas North Tollway Widening Project in Frisco (City of Frisco TX - City Hall) Scheduled Closures, July 27-August 2. See map for details.

Closures will be used for widening work, sign installation, final barrier preparation and placing final pavement markings.

Sunday, July 27 through Saturday, August 2:
• The north- and southbound right lane from Ga***rd Pkwy. to Cotton Gin Pkwy. will be closed daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• The southbound right lane from PGA Pkwy. to Fields Pkwy. will be closed daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• Two north- and southbound various lanes from Legacy Dr. to US 380 will be closed nightly from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Monday, July 28 through Thursday, July 31:
• The northbound left lane Fields Pkwy. will be closed daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

These lanes will not be continuously closed throughout the day and will only be used as needed.

Continuous closures:
• The northbound DNT entrance ramp at SH 121
• The southbound SH 121/Headquarters Dr. exit ramp
• The southbound John Hickman Pkwy./Warren Pkwy./Ga***rd Pkwy. exit ramp

Our family is growing! Northlake is excited to announce that Nurse Practitioner, Destiny Taylor, has joined our Frisco team!

Destiny is a native of Kansas City, Missouri and received her undergraduate nursing degree from Saint Luke's College of Health Sciences at Rockhurst University. After moving to the Dallas area, she earned her master's degree in nursing from Texas Woman's University while working as a labor and delivery nurse at Texas Health Frisco alongside the providers of Northlake Ob/Gyn.

She has worked her entire nursing career in women, infants’, and children’s units, and is board certified in obstetric nursing, specializing in labor and delivery. She is excited to transition to outpatient care and to serve her patients by providing holistic and inclusive care through each stage of life with hormone and wellness optimization.

There is A LOT of road construction happening near our office. There are lane and ramp closures which could impact your travel time to the DNT / Eldorado area. Please plan ahead so that you are able to arrive at you scheduled appointment time.

The City of Frisco suggests using the Waze app for alternate route options.

BCBS of Texas and Southwestern Health have reached and agreement! 🎉 There will be no lapse in in-netwotk coverage for patients with BCBS.

The new agreement comes just days after the contracts between Southwestern Health Resources and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas expired.

Northlake OB/GYN will be closed tomorrow, January 9th, due to winter weather. We follow Frisco ISD for inclement weather closures. Should Frisco ISD close on January 10th, our office will also be closed.

If you have an appointment on a day that we are not in the office, a staff member will contact you to reschedule.
