Meet the team!
Erica Boyce | LCDC-I, PRSS, MHPS, Interventionist
Erica Boyce is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor - Intern. She graduated from Dallas County Community College with a Substance Abuse Counseling Associates Degree. She has been trained through Spectrum Recovery as a Peer Recovery Support Specialist and has gone through training with the International Recovery Institute as a Certified Recovery Specialist. She has been trained in the Johnson Model, A.R.I.S.E model, and LOVE FIRST model of Intervention. She has completed training through the Addictions Academy as a Level I & II Recovery Specialist. Along with her certifications as a Peer Recovery Support Specialist, Erica has been trained as a Mental Health Peer Support with Association of Persons Affected by Addiction.
Erica believes in helping those with substance use disorder, mental health disorder, and trauma gain a new life and become productive once more. Erica’s experience and knowledge helps families understand they cannot fight this alone and together they can help their loved one live a life of freedom.
Erica will begin attending school at the University of North Texas in the fall of 2024 to achieve her goal of receiving her Bachelors and Masters Degrees and to one day become a Licensed Marital Family Therapist. Her aspirations are to continue to grow in the mental health field to help as many families as possible!
Erica is dedicated in walking alongside women and helping them gain a life that is finally worth living. Whether that is learning how to be a mother, daughter, sister, wife, friend, student, or employee – she understands that these are not easy roles to play. It takes a village and Erica knows that this battle cannot be fought alone. Together, she believes, in breaking the cycle… one family at a time.
