Lone Star Abilities Network

Lone Star Abilities Network We provide support, education, advocacy and programming for individuals with disabilities of all ages

We are a volunteer-led nonprofit dedicated to providing resources and support to families in our community who have special needs. We advocate for the educational, social, recreational, and vocational needs of those with disabilities. ALL donations received are used for inclusive programs and projects and go back into the people and community we serve. Our mission is to provide resources and support to children through adults, their families, and those that support the diverse ability community in the North Texas area.

Thank you Play Frisco and Tiff F. for the Play for All Campaign!

👏 Help us celebrate Employee of the Month Tiff F. for Play for All!
Tiff launched the Play For All campaign, creating sensory kits filled with noise-canceling headphones, sunglasses, fidget tools, and cue cards to support guests with sensory sensitivities. These thoughtful tools help make our spaces more welcoming for every guest.
Tiff also led the way on Play Frisco’s first-ever Sensory-Friendly Water Park Day, which was so popular we’ve added a second date.
With a heart for service and a passion for inclusion, Tiff is the definition of a Customer Whisperer and a true champion of community wellness. Kale yeah!
Thank you, Tiff, for making play possible for all.

Check this out! Thank you, Frisco!

We're excited to invite you to a special Sensory-Friendly Water Park Day at the Frisco Athletic Center on July 11!

As part of our Play For All initiative, we’ll be opening the Water Park early from 10 - 11:30 a.m. with reduced capacity (limited to 250 guests) and no background music. Our goal is to create a more inclusive space for individuals with sensory sensitivities. This calm, quieter environment is designed to ensure everyone can enjoy the water and play at their own pace. Purchase your day pass at the outdoor water park on that day!
