"The deepest decline was a 14 percent drop in homes posted for foreclosure in Dallas County, followed by Collin County with a 13 percent decline. Denton County had an 11 percent decline and Tarrant County had a 9 percent drop in home postings."

Dallas-Fort Worth area home foreclosure postings for January are down 26 percent...
