I hope this message finds you in good health. I am writing to inform you of an important update to my cancellation policy, which will take effect 30 days from today's date, starting June 1st 2025.
In order to streamline operations and maximize the availability of service slots for my clients, I will be implementing a sliding scale for cancellation fees. The details of the updated policy are as follows:
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance: No cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours: A fee of 50% of the scheduled session(s) fee will be applied.
- Same-day cancellations: A fee of 100% of the scheduled session(s) fee will be applied.
This policy aims to ensure that I can accommodate other clients who may have expressed interest in scheduling appointments during your designated time slot and to maintain the efficiency of my scheduling framework.
