At Nurture Women’s Health, the physicians provide important obstetric and gynecological services for patients throughout Frisco, Plano, Little Elm, McKinney, Prosper and surrounding areas. Services offered at the practice include care for abnormal uterine bleeding, access to birth control, care for PCOS or polycystic o***y syndrome, pap smears, prenatal care, STD testing, high-risk pregnancy care, hysterectomies - including minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, care for urinary incontinence, infertility treatment, and vaginal rejuvenation. Dr. Malathi Ellis is the co-founder of Nurture Women’s Health. She attended the North Carolina State University, graduating magna cm laude with a B.S. in Biochemistry and minor in Mathematics. She went on to earn her M.D. at the East Carolina University Brody School of Medicine. Dr. Ellis completed her internship and residency at the University of Arizona. She then moved to Dallas in 2005 where she initially practiced in Dallas and Las Colinas. After initially practicing in Flower Mound, TX, in 2008, Dr. Carrie Patterson then started her thriving OBGYN practice in Frisco in 2011. In 2018, she joined and co-founded Nurture Women’s Health. Dr. Patterson earned her B.S. in exercise science at the University of Southern California and then went on to to Georgetown to earn her M.S. in physiology and biophysics. She then continued at Georgetown Medical school to earn her M.D.. She completed her residency in OBGYN at University of California - Irvine. Dr. Angela Stoehr joined Nurture Women’s health in 2017 after practicing in Florida and Iowa. She earned her M.D. at Creighton University and completed her OBGYN residency at St. Francis Medical Center and Hospital. She is one of a very small group of comprehensive pelvic and sexual pain specialists in the country. She is a member of the International Pelvic Pain Society and frequently lectures to medical students and residents across the country. We are pleased to announce that Dr. Holly Eliason will be joining us August of 2020 after completing her OBGYN residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center. A Texas native, Dr. Eliason will be returning home to establish her OBGYN practice, and we couldn’t be happier that she will joining our group. At Nurture Women’s Health, the providers strive to offer patients caring and evidenced based women's healthcare. To uphold these standards, the practice has a special interest in promoting vaginal delivery, including vaginal birth after cesarean, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, narcotic free and same day discharge surgery, and they take a holistic approach to contemporary medicine.
