Natural sugars in fruits come with fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Added sugars in processed foods don’t. When cravings hit, fruit gives you sweetness and nourishment.
✔️ Too much added sugar can impact weight & inflammation
High intake over time can contribute to weight gain and inflammation. Balance and moderation matter more than perfection.
✔️ The sugar crash is real
Quick spikes followed by drops in blood sugar can leave you tired and craving more. Pairing carbs with protein or fiber helps keep energy steady.
✔️ Your taste buds adapt
As you reduce added sugar, foods like fruit actually start to taste sweeter. Cravings do calm down over time.
