Happy International Women’s Day ❤️

Today we celebrate the undeniable strength and love of women!
I loved my grandmothers and my mother so much and oh how they shaped my life!
Many female friends, neighbors, patients, aunts, cousins, sister-in-laws, mentors, teachers, and colleagues have positively impacted my life in countless and indescribable ways.
I love my sister Sue Taylor; and she is the best mother I know! Yet, my favorite female in the world is my daughter, Grace Pritchard!

Women:
Bring life into this world
Nurture and guide the next generation
Shape families, communities, and the future
I’ve seen countless women not only raising children with love and intention but also selflessly caring for aging parents, debilitated spouses, and loved ones in need; while often times generating income, maintaining careers, building businesses, and volunteering for causes they hold dear at the same time as well. Today, we honor the resilience, love, and unwavering dedication of women everywhere.

Dr. Gina Pritchard here

I hope you are having a wonderful December so far. I am writing to you today to let you know about my brand new 5-Day Challenge. In this educational course, you will learn how to prevent a future heart attack, be it your first or your next heart attack.

The protocols that I go over can decrease your risk of having a first or future heart attack by greater than 80%, according to the American Heart Association.

If you or a loved one are at risk for a heart attack, or have already had one,
Use the coupon code G I F T to get 75% off, as my Christmas present to everyone.

I will be going over the latest science on the Prevention of Heart Attacks and Strokes. You will also learn how these evidence-based strategies help reduce the incidence of Diabetes, Pre-Diabetes, and Insulin Resistance. In addition to preventing these devastating diseases, the techniques you learn will help you to improve your energy and your body. Who does not need this during the holidays and into the New Year?

You can select a one hour general admission session or a 2 hour VIP experience. The general admission will be one hour of education daily. In this regular session, we will go over the Science and some of the Protocols that can get your started in the right direction.

If you sign up for the VIP experience, you will get an extra hour where we can answer your own individual questions! You will have the opportunity to ask me any question you want. Not only can you get your questions answered, but you will gain the knowledge from other people's questions and answers as well. I have found the group setting helps you get the most out this type of education.

Overview of the daily topics:
Day 1: Cardiac Clarity
What is the science behind and the source of cardiovascular disease & heart attacks? Understand what cardiovascular disease is and how and why a heart attack occurs. If you have had an evaluation for heart attack risk or cardiovascular disease, your evaluation may have been inaccurate or incomplete. The Cardiac Clarity complete test profile is like having your very own magic goggles that allow you to see into the future.
Day 2: Cardiac Care Plan
What are ALL of YOUR specific root causes and contributors to heart attack? Now that you have your test results that reveal what is going on inside your body, you can create your customized care plan. No two care plans are exactly alike.
Day 3: Cardiac Cuisine
What do you need to eat to protect your heart from heart attack and live your entire life with a strong, healthy heart? Understand the difference between “Heart Attack on a Plate” and “Heart Health on a Plate”. Learn the truth about protein, fats, and carbohydrates (carbs). What diet is best for you: Plant-based versus Carnivore? What about Intermittent Fasting and Keto (ketosis)? Finally learn how to make your daily nutrition simply delicious, enjoyable, and healthy (for your heart, brain, and body).
Day 4: Cardiac Code
You are now ready to apply for the Cardiac Code. Using the clarity from your test results and customized care plan, let’s add the daily lifestyle and bio-hacking secrets to your cuisine. This is a powerful Cardiac Cheat Code that is the key to the life you desire.
Day 5: Cardiac Confidence
Let’s put it all together today so you can know whether you are headed toward a heart attack or have eliminated your risks. You can have peace of mind, sleep well at night, and have a skip in your step every day, knowing you are taking great care of your heart. All you need is Cardiac Confidence.
We will discuss how you can get the tests you want and need to know if there is a heart attack in your future; and more importantly, know how to create a different future, free of heart attack interruption. Start with a comprehensive evaluation and in just four moves you can reduce your risk of a heart attack by more than 80%.
When you sign up, please use the coupon code GIFT to get 75% off the regular price as my Christmas gift you you.

2️⃣ Your heart is one of the hardest working muscles in your body. It never takes a break, even when you're sleeping!

3️⃣ Your heart is located in the center of your chest, but it's actually tilted slightly to the left.

To keep your heart healthy, it's important to track certain numbers regularly. Here are five key things to monitor:

👉Your daily steps: Moving more improves every other heart-health measure and disease risk. Aim for 10,000 steps a day, or almost five miles.

👉Your blood pressure: High blood pressure has no symptoms and can only be detected by being measured. A score of 120/80 is optimal, and 140/90 is normal for most people. Higher readings increase your risk of heart attack or stroke.

👉Your non-HDL cholesterol: This is your total cholesterol minus your HDL cholesterol. Lower is better, so aim for a score below 130 mg/dL or below 70-100 mg/dL if you're at high risk for heart disease.

👉Your blood sugar: High blood sugar ups your risk of diabetes, which damages arteries and increases your risk of cardiovascular disease.

👉Your sleep: Consistently getting the right amount of sleep helps lower the risk of heart disease. Most people need six to eight hours a night. Keep track of these numbers to maintain a healthy heart!

4 Facts about Atrial Fibrillation
👉Age is the greatest risk factor
👉May or may not cause symptoms
👉Diagnosed with ECG, EKG, or 14 day heart monitor
👉Treatment options include meds or ablation. Optimizing breathing, nutrient status and other lifestyle factors are critically important.

Reacting quickly and angrily to stress can pose a risk to the heart at any age. In a Johns Hopkins study, young men who reacted to stress with anger had three times the normal risk of developing premature heart disease and five times more likely to have an early heart attack. Hot tempers predict heart disease before other markers like diabetes and high blood pressure.

What happens to your body when you're heartbroken.
👉Disrupted sleep and lowered appetite: Breakups and the ensuing schedule disruption can lead to weight gain and even lower appetite.
👉A weakened immune system: Stressful situations trigger an increase in cortisol release. Elevated levels on a continuous basis can lead to a weakened immune system,
making you more prone to colds and infections.
👉Physical pain: Emotional pain can actually activate the same areas of the brain as physical pain. You might experience chest pains and shortness of breath after the stress of any type of loss: a relationship break-up, death of a loved one, loss of a job, or other type of heart-breaking news.
👉Feelings of withdrawal: A change in brain chemistry means you may begin to act irrational and obsessive as you experience similar symptoms to drug withdrawal. This can lead to tremors and lack of coordination.
