We’ve sat across from so many incredible women who’ve done everything “right.” They’ve gone to therapy for years, tried medication, journaled, meditated, exercised… and yet, they still don't feel well. It's not for lack of trying, but because the approaches they were using weren't designed to reach the part of them that needed healing most.
Trauma isn't just a thinking problem. It's a survival response, wired deep into the nervous system. And until we address that – in the body – the mind can only do so much. That's why my sister Tiffany and I built Mind & Body Therapy differently.
We integrate various therapeutic approaches with nervous system regulation and bodywork, because complete healing requires addressing both the mind and the body together. Our clients are high-functioning women – professionals, mothers, caregivers – who look fine on the outside but are quietly exhausted on the inside. They've tried traditional paths and are looking for something that truly works.
If this resonates with you: please know, you are not broken. You are not “too much.” You simply haven't yet found the approach that meets you where the healing actually needs to happen. We built this practice for you.

Our therapists at Mind & Body Therapy often sit across from women who have done everything they were told to do. They've been to therapy for years, tried medications, journaled, meditated, exercised – yet they still carry a heavy weight. It’s not because they aren't resilient or trying hard enough; it's because some approaches don't reach the root of the issue.
Trauma isn't solely a mental challenge; it's a deeply wired survival response within our nervous system. Until we address this somatic component, the mind can only carry so much of the burden. This understanding is precisely why my sister Tiffany and I founded Mind & Body Therapy with a different philosophy.
We believe in integrating various therapeutic modalities with nervous system regulation and bodywork. This comprehensive approach acknowledges that true healing involves both the mind and the body working in unison. Our clients are often high-functioning women – professionals, mothers, caregivers – who present a strong front to the world but are silently battling exhaustion and deep-seated unease. They've explored traditional avenues and are now seeking a path that genuinely leads to lasting well-being.
If this sounds like your experience, please hear this: you are not broken, and you are not 'too much.' You simply haven't yet discovered the healing approach that truly connects with where your body and mind need support. We created Mind & Body Therapy specifically for you.
