Correct Diagnosis Matters and Leads to better Resources in the Community
Sari Dangler MS, LPC-S, LPS has completed comprehensive diagnostic assessments for the past 1 years for children ages 2 to adults in my practice, and in the past, Psychological evaluations in area school districts as a School Psychologist, ruling co-occuring diagnosis in/out.
After working at schools for 12 years, she can help parents get children support at school and make extensive recommendations for home school, college, work, etc.
Correct diagnosis provides with appropriate counseling focus, medication, appropriate resources in the community (such as ABA therapy), validation, etc. and will look into multiple areas of functioning such as Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Mood Disorders, Personality Disorders, etc
Sari accepts insurance: Cigna, BCBS PPO, Aetna, UHC, UMR, Imagine 360, PHCS, Multiplan
Private pay flat rate: $1,800
ADOS-2, one of the gold standards in autism assessment, is completed as a part of the Autism evaluation when appropriate.
Assessments are completed for children 18 months+ and adults focusing in areas such as:

Anxiety Disorders such as Social Anxiety, Generalized Anxiety

Learning Disorders in reading, writing, and math (i.e. dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia)

Only one day of in person meeting is needed. She provides a consultation meeting to go over the evaluation process, insurance, etc., and testing in person is scheduled in that meeting.
Sari completes all evaluations herself, and her office is in Frisco.
