Role Description
This is a full-time or part-time, on-site role for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor located in Frisco, TX for 1099 contract position. The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will be responsible for providing individual, group, marriage, and/or family counseling. Additionally, the counselor is able to collaborate and consult with other professionals to offer comprehensive mental health care and support.
LPC, LMFT, and LCSW are welcome to apply!
🧾 Qualifications:
🧠 Manages own clinical work – Handles treatment planning, case management, and client care independently.
💬 Strong communication skills – Excellent interpersonal abilities and a collaborative team spirit.
🕒 Self-directed and organized – Able to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
🎓 Education & credentials – Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
🪪 Licensure & insurance – Holds active state license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) and professional liability
It is a plus if you have experience working with a diverse range of clients, including children, teens, adults, couples, and families and want to run groups and take insurance! We can help with credentialing independently.
