On May 25 we honor Lieutenant Michael P. Murphy the way he deserves.
1 mile run
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 air squats
1 mile run
With a 20lb vest if you have one.
We’ll be starting Murph at 6:30a & 8:00a.
