IRONMAN ATHLETES: Now it’s time to recover and recharge.

At Augment Wellness Frisco, we’re offering post-race recovery options designed to help your body bounce back faster:

Recovery Options

• 30-Minute Compression Therapy – improve circulation and help reduce muscle soreness. $15.

• Single Cold Plunge – help decrease inflammation and jumpstart recovery. $15.

• 60-Minute Full Recovery Session – includes 15 minutes of compression therapy, 15 minutes in the infrared sauna, and 3 rounds of contrast therapy using the cold plunge and traditional sauna to help flush inflammation, boost circulation, and accelerate recovery. $35.

To ensure the best experience, we limit appointments to only 4 every 30 minutes, so all sessions must be requested through the booking link and approved first.
