Heart Month is ending … ❤️
but heart health is not seasonal.

As an RN, Holistic Health Practitioner, and breast cancer survivor, I’ve learned this the hard way:

Chronic stress shows up in your labs.
In your blood pressure.
In your cholesterol.

For years, I pushed through.

Now at 50?
