Still true! Early intervention is key & do NOT listen to “They”ll be fine”. 🙄

Don’t tell a caregiver who is worried, “Don’t worry”!

Plus- I’m willing to be the vast majority of those engineers who didn’t speak until they were three are actually undiagnosed Autistic engineers who may have benefited from support and accommodations!
